The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free food. Although they do not have a dedicated gluten free kitchen, The waitress made a point to tell me about all the options I could have on the menu. They made my rice noodles with gluten free soy sauce. Their peanut sauce they put on the salad is also gluten free. I have a number of other food allergies and the waitress also brought out my food separately as to not contaminate it. She even reminded a member of my party that something on their dish should not touch my dish. Not only did she take care of me but she told me about what the other dishes that my party ordered had as well.
