Sumo Japanese Steakhouse

I had an awful experience here. I said several times that I had celiac disease, needed gluten free soy sauce with my sushi, and TWO different plates were brought to me with soy sauce in condiment cups. Multiple servers were bringing me plates and it felt like the communication between staff was severely lacking. Needless to say I ended up not eating. It felt SO unsafe.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

Denied service for anything but sushi even though they claim they have gluten free soy sauce, chef said he would not cook with it

Delicious sushi, but does not provide gluten free soy sauce.
