The manager and staff were very knowledgeable about what we could have. We ordered the hibachi dinner. They cooked it in the back to ensure no cross contamination. We had the soup with out the crunchy onions, the salad with thousand island dressing instead of the ginger and we could even have the yum yum sauce. Everything else was the same as the rest of our party except they used gluten free soy sauce for ours. Great food and great experience.
