Staying at an all inclusive resort, 80% of the time it has meant “all inclusive for everyone, except Celiacs.” I mean, I expect that on vacation, but it can still be a bit annoying.
We went to hibachi (which means probably nothing for celiacs) and was surprised and elated to find out, I was in the right spot!
They brought me my own GF soy sauce. The meal started with sushi (GF!) and tempura (clearly, can’t have that). Then, as he made the meal, he started with rice and my meat with the GF soy sauce just for me! It was so nice and delicious. Very glad to have found this spot.
