I love this cafe!! AmySue the owner loves her customers and makes the most delicious gluten free food. They have a desert case that will make your mouth water and delicious coffees and tea!! Sunflower is my favorite place to grab breakfast or lunch.

Had a wonderful first experience at this cozy spot. The owner Amy was personable. Environment was clean and welcoming. Food was delicious and was ready within no time of ordering. Will definitely visit again.

A nice small little cafe. Entire cafe is gluten free per the owner. Food was good. Menu had mostly waffles but other options available off the menu. Waffles were vegan with other vegan options available.

There was a variety of gluten free and vegan cookies and treats. It’s so nice to have a choice of anything on the menu and know that it’s safe. They also sell local honey and fresh eggs. This was not only a great place to eat- it is a ministry! They even have a food pantry for families in need.

It's a very small place, maybe four tables inside with a picnic table outside. They don't seem to advertise the gluten free part inside so I was a little nervous. But they confirmed they were all gluten free. I got the waffles with bacon and eggs and it was amazing.

I have been here a few times. I have loved everything I had. Can't wait to go back. They are strictly gluten free and do have some dairy free products. Their waffles are amazing! I can't believe Mint Hill has something like this.

Absolutely amazing cafe! Great energy, amazing people and Amy’s service is one of a kind. The gluten free dessert has been the reason I stop in so much. I never can pick one, I left today with 5 new gluten free items to try.

This place was amazing! 🧇 I have never had a better waffle in my life. I got the s’mores waffle and it was soooo good! It had Nutella, chocolate, marshmallows, graham crackers, and whipped cream on it. So. Good. The owner was very nice and super knowledgeable about celiac. I wish I could come here every day! Good thing I live close by 🥰

Girlfriend has celiac. This place is awesome! Great lattes and great chicken and waffles with fresh chicken thighs and a huge waffle! We would come back if in this town again. Owner is clearly very knowledgeable about cross contamination so we felt safe.

Wanted to love this place but just can’t. Yes, it is completely gluten-free, however the food and experience were incredibly underwhelming. The chicken and waffles was literally just a few chicken tenders that were heated up and thrown onto a waffle. Waffle BEC was okay. It was also very expensive for the quality of food and service. I have celiac and love to find new, local places but won’t be returning here.

Dedicated Gf and, as far as I know, dairy free! Also, lots of vegan options. Really liked the chicken n waffles. Also had a great latte. ***Good prices*** finally a specialty cafe that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg!!! Super dedicated and friendly staff. The owner is a nutritionist! Lots of locally sourced ingredients and things for sale! Neat atmosphere! Grateful this place is close to me!

This is a completely dedicated gluten free cafe. I had an old fashioned waffle, and my husband had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a waffle. It was delicious!
