Food is only ok. Not the best meal you can get in the Outer Banks. Menu has gluten free items labeled.

Staff is knowledgeable and goes out of the way to help. Menu items are clearly marked gluten free/how to make the items gluten free, ie: without bun or croutons. They also offer gluten free buns. I did my research about all the alcohol and had the Shamu Punch with no problems. Highly recommend!

Waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten free and spent time writing down my special order... my food came out with croutons and my shrimp skewer was laying on top of the croutons!! Staff corrected it right away. The rest of my table said food was good.

Delicious! Waitress wasn’t very knowledgable about gluten but she was great about running back and talking to kitchen manager. Prob would’ve been easier to just send him out haha lots of options, and food was really good! We got the Parmesan tomatoes with crab meat and then the Cuban pork with black beans and slaw. Delicious!

Menu GF items clearly marked. The food and boat drinks are simply awesome. If I could box this restaurant and bar up and take it home with me I would... it's that good. Try the GF jerk Mahi - GFree buns available.

Good if your an adult with adult taste but no bread or dedicated fryer. Nothingvreally kid friendly with bread or bun. Hit or miss on food and bathrooms were terrible.
