Clearly labeled GF items which is like 85% of the menu. Dedicated frier for French fries. Didn't ask about the fried wings. Ribs were the best we've had in a long time and we are a bit snobby when it comes to BBQ. No reactions, husband is celiac, I'm allergic. Head cook came out twice to follow up and check on us. Very friendly staff. We're from out of town and will go out of our way to stop here again.

Everything GF is clearly labeled (menu items and sauces). Individually wrapped GF buns available for all sandwiches and fries are prepared in a dedicated fryer. So many GF sides to choose from and all meats are GF! Best option I found in this area.

I will say I got my hopes up because of the gluten free macaroni and cheese. BUT when I mentioned even the GF bun they had no clue what I was talking about. We asked a few questions about the GF options and meats but they didn’t know how to answer the questions. It may just be a small town they aren’t familiar with GF folks. It wasn’t worth the bun or the meat, maybe if I had just ordered the nachos it would have been better and more reassuring of the food. I would say not safe for GF.

They offer bbq sandwiches on a pre packaged gf bun so they don’t touch it. They have several gf sides but the Mac n cheese is my favorite. Once they run out that’s it so go early. I’ve been very comfortable going there.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Good food. If you ask, they will check wjat is gluten free. They had three meats and three sides. We did not realize it came with bread, so there was bread on my plate, but even scraping off the meat that was touching the bread, we had plenty to share between my daughter and me. She is severely gluten sensitive and felt fine after eating here. Just make sure to request no bread when you order.

Has a small list by cash register of what is GF...not a lot of options. And none of the bbq sauce is GF. But the food is really good!
