The staff understand what a gluten allergy is. They can answer alot of questions about what on the menu is gluten free or not. If you order something gluten free they ask if its due to an allergy. And they let the chefs know about the allergy. And the kitchen is very good about taking precautions to keep down cross contamination. And their gluten free breads taste great unlike other places. My favorite is their waffles. They taste no different than waffles with gluten in them!
