Our server was very accommodating and knowledgeable about gf menu items. We started with garlic hummus and I had carrots and celery and my husband ate the pita chips. I had a tasty sweet potato, craisins, pumpkin seeds ,( gave the sweet spicy bacon to my husband)picked red onions I put to the side and a yummy Asian carrot vinaigrette. I asked the server for the dressing recipe which he shared with me. I was undecided about the gf cider or seltzer and the server recommended the Woodchuck bubbly pearscecco which was good.

They did not have gluten free buns but could make any sandwich without it.
Things like fries are fried in a beer batter.
The fried cauliflower is fried separate and to die for. The wings are served naked and also prepared separate.
They currently have one gluten free seltzer on tap and it’s delicious!

I didn’t eat here due to the limited gluten free options. The server told me I would have to make substitutions to make my food gluten free. She didn’t offer what those substitutions were. There is no gluten free bread.

Superior Bathhouse Brewery is a fully operational brewery and tap room. For gluten-free patrons we have hard ciders available for purchase as well as select menu items or substitutable menu items. Please review our menu and ask your server for full details.
While they were very accommodating they don’t have many options for gf. No gf bread and much of the menu is beer based. Cool place, but not for a Celiac.
No
Sandwiches are not gluten free, or at least the waiters did not know if they could be made gluten free. There are a few gluten free options: soups and salad. Also there are a few vegetarian options. Overall it is a good atmosphere, but not too many gluten free options.
Two GF beers, but any sandwich can be made with GF bread. My Ruben was pretty good. When I asked the waiter which GF beer he would choose, he made a comment similar to "Beer is Beer, so it's got to be good". Obviously a man who hasn't tried GF beer. He did choose one for me and it was very good. He made sure that everything we ordered (including appetizer) had GF with it and warned me when it wasn't (i.e. Don't eat the beer mustard). Pretty good overall. Manager/Owner needs to up the GF knowledge slightly, but all in all a solid 4.
Yes
This review is for the Alcohol. The GF choices are clearly marked on the menu. You can choose between multiple Ciders, Meads and one GF beer (: I tried one of each the Mead was so yummy!
