Very happy to get you rice from a container they haven't touched yet, and they will change gloves and keep your bowl separate on a cutting board and help you all the way down the line. I have eaten at this location and millennia probably around 11 times now and I've never had an issues at all and I'm VERY sensitive to cross contamination.

Rice is touched with same gloves used to touch the flour tortillas for the wraps. The restaurant appears very dirty. We left before ordering.

I've eaten twice here now with no issues. Whenever I go in, I inform them I'm a coeliac: they'll immediately change their gloves and bring out a special green board on which my food is made and assembled. Rice is also taken from a separately prepared rice cooker to prevent cross contamination from the other gloves and they really do extend careful consideration. Food is pretty nice- I particularly enjoy their seaweed salad.
Waiting on line, I watched a line chef prep a flour tortilla for a wrap, then scoop brown rice onto that tortilla with her hand as a scoop, and without changing her gloves.
I walked out without ordering.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Wonderful! Delicious! My go to place when I want sushi!
Yes
My sushi chef was very attentive and made sure to change his gloves and bring a fresh sushi board to craft my roll on. I got a grilled chicken roll with cucumbers and carrots, and the food was fresh and delicious. I'd recommend this place to sushi newbies or the raw fish avoidant because they make the delicacy accessible and affordable. They have a lot of gluten-free options.
