The sashimi is naturally gluten free (just fish and rice). I called the restaurant before going and they were helpful and they said they even have gf soy sauce. My server was knowledgeable and helpful and familiar with gluten free. I ordered just the sashimi and had no cross contamination issues afterwards. They said to basically avoid any of the rolls with special sauces, fried items, or imitation crab. I’m celiac and would definitely eat there again! Just ask questions and clarify with your server.
No separate GF menu, but the servers are very knowledgable about what items are gluten free and are extremely helpful. They do have GF soy sauce also.
