They have very few gluten free items. They use imitation crab so any rolls that contain that like Rainbow roll, Alaska roll, California roll, etc are not GF.

This was our favorite sushi restaurant before my daughter was diagnosed with celiac, and we were worried we'd need to find a new place. But my husband saw on Yelp that someone else had had a positive experience eating gluten free there so we decided to give it a try. We came away so delighted because they treated us with incredible respect and kindness. Our server, Vivian, went out of her way to help us navigate their regular menu, which has over 100 rolls, sushi and sashimi options, to find things that were GF or could be modified to be GF (she was willing to top things with different sauces as needed). She also brought us GF soy sauce when we requested it and volunteered that the chef had recently acquired GF eel sauce, which she also brought over. Twice she went back to the kitchen to double check that something we wanted to order was GF, and she caught a third item after we'd placed the order that she advised was not safe. The menu can be daunting and much of it has tempura or soy sauce that must be avoided but we enjoyed all of the following: #5 (Ashley's Special), #47 (Monkey Roll with no tempura flakes and GF eel sauce), #50 (Rainbow Roll), #75 (Washington Roll), the Philadelphia Roll, the Yellowtail nigiri and the Ahi (Spanish Mackerel) nigiri. The food is fresh and delicious, and the waitstaff -- especially Vivian -- are helpful and attentive. We are so happy that this can continue being our go-to sushi spot!
