Sushi ONE Restaurant

I am unsure if I can recommend this restaurant for persons with celiac diseases. The staff is very friendly and seems to have some knowledge about gluten intolerance. They have gluten-free free soy sauce and the allergens are marked on the card, but I don’t have the feeling that they are aware of cross-contamination. Unfortunately I got stomach pains after eating there.

Went here after reading reviews on this app and it was brilliant. All the allergens are letter coded with a simple key at the back of the menu to follow. They also have gluten free soy sauce!

It was a perfect experience. They have plenty of gluten free alternatives and interested on my condition. They also have gluten free soy sauce. Most important part is the very delicious dinner I had.

Went here tonight due to reviews on this app, the menu is easy to follow as it is marked with a number and letter system, and at the back it tells you what letter belongs to what allergen, the sushi is fresh and they have such a good selection, as well as the all important soya sauce.

Had very nice gf sushi here. The staff is very nice and they understand what „gluten-free“ means. They have gf Soysauce

I’m celiac and have eaten at Sushi One a handful of times and the food is good and they take awhile to prepare it gf for me. The staff speak English too. The allergen list is at the back of the menu.
