Review of Sushi One

I have gone to this place twice and the first time they seemed confused about gluten free so I stuck with something safe, hibachi with gluten free soy sauce. I went back this past weekend and got California rolls which they said they could make gluten free. I was in bed the next day in pain and couldn't figure out why. After talking to a friend I found out imitation crab meat is typically not gluten free. It usually contains wheat so be careful, it was not a pleasant experience :-(
