Staff is knowledgeable about gluten free options, excellent options, and both my wife and I have celiac and go monthly and have never had an issue! The sushi is fantastic as well, and you can tell this fish is fresh!

My husband and I drove 3 hours to come eat here for our anniversary, and it did NOT disappoint! It may sound like a lot of travel just for some sushi, but not when you have a gluten allergy, and this place has a dedicated gluten free menu. My husband has the allergy, I do not. We ordered 2 gluten free rolls, tuna and salmon maki, and I ordered one roll for myself from the regular menu. We also enjoyed their gluten free miso soup! The rolls were spectacular! Not just the same old rolls you find everywhere, but very unique, highly thought out, and beautifully presented. Each roll we tried had its own unique sauce pairing, and these were definitely one of a kind sauces that we couldn't even identify but were SO incredibly delicious! Our favorite was the GF Love Affair which was actually our first time trying scallops. The taste, freshness, and texture of the scallops and crab meat (real! Not Krab) was amazing. They also have gluten free soy sauce available. The decor and ambience was very nice, though I did notice the seating on many of the booths was in bad shape. However, that's literally the only negative thing I have to say and judging by the quality of the food just tells me those booths have seen a lot of butts! The service was very friendly, inviting, and accommodating, and left us wanting for nothing. Definitely recommend!

My husband is extremely Celiac, and very sensitive to cross contamination, and we've never had an issue eating here. The food is good, well presented, and the staff were knowledgeable about his food issues. Its also very reasonably priced, which is hard to find when you have food allergies.

Great sushi! Everything was fresh and delicious. On the back of the menu was a whole page of Gluten Free options. Our server was knowledgeable. There was a table next to us GF too, and their server was knowledgeable. Felt great afterwards. (Celiac)

By far the best sushi in Eugene, pre and post my celiac diagnosis! I’ve always loved sushi pure. They have outstanding quality of fish and the fact that they have a gluten free menu is the cherry on top for me! It’s so nice to be able to have the miso soup and seaweed salad here too. They’re good about cross-contamination, and sanitize the space the prepare gluten free food in. I’ve never gotten sick and am pretty sensitive, and come here often. You won’t regret your trip here!

I am very sensitive to cross-contamination, so I spoke to the staff about their gluten-free handling procedures. They said if you order from the GF menu (last page in the menu), they automatically sanitize the entire workspace before making any dishes in the order you might eat (aka, anything not containing gluten in the recipe). I am (so far, diagnosis only 6 months ago) quite sensitive to cross-contamination, and have not gotten sick there either time I've been since going GF. Also, while they have fantastic GF sushi and sashimi options, their cooked GF selection is very limited.

This restaurant is amazing! The food is delicious and there is a separate gluten free menu. Some of the best sushi I have ever had ever. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what contains gluten.

Honestly, why do they even bother to have a gluten-free menu if they’re not taking any precautions about cross contamination? The waiter seemed to register that I had celiac but either he didn’t communicate it or the kitchen simply doesn’t have safe practices. Now I’m very sick. Avoid if you’re celiac.

There's a gluten free menu. Unlike other sushi places I've been to, you can also enjoy the miso soup and seaweed salad.
They now have a gluten free menu however they said everything is prepared on the same two boards so I may not be safe for celiacs. If you aren't super sensitive it might be good but I didn't want to risk it. At least they told me I might not be safe!

Phenomenal sushi. Simply amazing and clean. They definitely know what they are doing!
Amazing food and they were so happy to switch ingredients in the sushi rolls to make them gluten free for me! I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends! An absolutely amazing dinner and they really took care of me and my food :-)
I ordered the chef's okamase with specific assurance that all the sauces used were GF except for the eel. but I was skeptical of two sashimi pieces that were marinated in ponzu sauce so I didn't dare. Server was gluten-aware and notified the chef. The restaurant has GF soy sauce upon request. Courtyard seating is the way to go.

Great service. They know how to take care if GF peeps. Just don't forget to ask! They will substitute.
The staff were very knowledgable about gf needs and though they do not have a dedicated gf menu they told us to look through menu and decide what we would like and most (not all) things on the menu could he adapted to be gf. After several questions our server was very polite in answering them all and very aware of how things are prepared and therefore how they may or may not effect a celiac. Food was yummy. They brought gf soy sauce from the back.
