Incredible selection and the food was incredible. Staff was very knowledgeable and gf dishes were marked.
It’s was good sushi for not too bad of prices for the strip. Rolls are a little small but they use real crab for their rolls. Separate menu and soy sauce and the waitstaff was cautious and could answer any questions. Would recommend for quick sushi spot.
They gave a separate gluten free menu. I was able to enjoy spicy miso soup, edamame, and a custom veggie sushi roll with soy sauce.

I had cauliflower, California rolls, the Senshi roll, and some sashimi ordered from the gluten free menu. They use real crab and not imitation, which is great. I had high hopes when the server came back and asked if oil that might be cross contaminated was fine to use because usually that means they understand celiac needs. I unfortunately still got glutened here. The food was delicious though.
Had sushi and edamame and didn’t get sick. Food was amazing
When we sat down I was a little disappointed at the number of gluten-free items on the menu but the taste and quality were phenomenal. I had the Jalapeno Tuna roll and Miso soup. Very good service and the sushi was the best I have ever eaten.
Great experience! My son loved all the food, it was clearly labeled and the waiter and staff were very knowledgeable. Will absolutely eat here again if/when we return to the Strip

Went here cuz of all the reviews. The restaurant was nice and the service was amazing. I ordered off the gluten free menu, the staff was knowledgeable and very caring of the gluten free food. I ordered wagu kabob with a side of rice and a California roll. I did use my Nima and the rice and kabob were gluten free but the roll came back as gluten found. The line was so faint that I could barely see it. I didn’t eat it but it might have been safe at under 20 ppm I just didn’t chance it. They were amazing about it. Food was delicious and I would go back again.

They didn’t really have simple rolls on the menu. I ordered salmon roll and avocado roll. Rolls were good! Pricey but good in Vegas is expensive!
The sushi is clearly fresh and very delicious. There is a separate GF menu you can ask the server for. They honor happy hour prices on the GF menu if it’s happy hour (4-6 PM).
Everything is raw on the GF menu, but there was still a lot to choose from. My boyfriend, who is notoriously picky with sushi said he would go back next time we’re in Vegas. I am very sensitive to gluten and didn’t feel sick or get normal cross-contamination symptoms, so the experience was great.
Excellent options if you’re celiac and missing safe sushi rolls. The Las Vegas location offers a separate gluten free menu. There are solid GF offerings, including skewers. Staff are very knowledgeable about sauces and cross contamination. Have been to Vegas and Pasadena locations— never been sick/glutened. Get their GF California roll— especially since they have to use real crab (instead of the gluten filled imitation crab meat).
I ate here twice during one Vegas trip because of the quality of the sushi, the variety on the gluten-free menu, and the excellent ambiance with nice views of the Strip. I enjoyed the shishito peppers, edamame, spicy miso soup, California roll, and shrimp sashimi -- all gluten free and delicious! Also offers delicious cocktails. Ask for the separate gluten-free menu from the hostess or your server.
We have been here several times. Our go-to sushi in Las Vegas. They are very knowledgeable about cross contact and Celiac. Thank you!!
Tried this sushi tonight and it was fabulous! The staff and kitchen were very careful with my dietary needs and brought my food out separately. Definitely recommend
Good gluten free. Wagyu Skewers and sushi were good. They made fruit bowls for gluten free dessert since there were no conventional desserts that were gf.
Took great care of us and took the gluten allergy very seriously. The service was top notch!
Portion sizes were small, but that is unrelated to being GF. It was good. I didn’t feel sick later.
One of the best experiences I've had eating out since diagnosis!! Full gluten free menu and when I told our server that banana flambe is one of my most favorite desserts before celiac he politely laughed and let the table order it. He said 'I'm so sorry because it's not gluten free' sad face for me but I was so full I was completely ok with just watching my friends eat... Low and behold he brought it out modified gluten free and AMAZING!! I whooped with excitement! Delicious food and incredible staff!! I will forever be a fan
Celiac safe! Pricey, but really tasty. They have an extensive gluten free menu and will notify the chefs of your allergy. I ate here twice with no issues. It’s also super conveniently located on the Strip inside the Caesar’s Palace Forum Shops.

Excellent sushi. Separate GF menu with many selections. I had the senshi roll and spicy tuna roll which were delicious! GF soy sauce is available too!
Super good sushi and options. No reaction after several rolls, including the baked crab that they make with real crab for the GF version. Amazing. The even had GF miso soup. Everyone who brought us our food upon setting it down said gluten free _______. Nice touch.
Wow - truly an exceptional experience. We had GF edamame and our waitress informed us California Rolls (my favorite) can be made GF. Soooo good! Highly recommended.
Staff knew there stuff. Only a few rolls, but they made us some off menu. sashimi is all GF. They have GF soy sauce.
Dedicated gluten-free menu. Staff was knowledgeable with what was and wasn't gluten-free. It was a nice reassurance that when food was brought out, staff member specified "gluten-free sashimi," for example. Our waitress even offered to provide gluten-free soy sauce which she brought from the kitchen. Service was great and the sushi was great. Recommend going during happy hour 4pm-7pm for cheaper prices.
Delicious! Every item they delivered to the table they made sure to tell me was GF. I felt very reassured and had no reactions. The lobster roll is AMAZING!!!!

Great happy hour. They're very willing to make any item gluten free (aside from the obvious with tempura and the such). Appetizers, sushi rolls (even beyond what's on the GF menu if you ask), and even some of the dishes are GF. Great place.
We were very happy to see that they had both a GF menu and GF soy. The rolls and edamame were very yummy. It was pretty pricy, but worth it for a nice date night out.
