Excellent options if you’re celiac and missing safe sushi rolls. The Las Vegas location offers a separate gluten free menu. There are solid GF offerings, including skewers. Staff are very knowledgeable about sauces and cross contamination. Have been to Vegas and Pasadena locations— never been sick/glutened. Get their GF California roll— especially since they have to use real crab (instead of the gluten filled imitation crab meat).

I ate here twice during one Vegas trip because of the quality of the sushi, the variety on the gluten-free menu, and the excellent ambiance with nice views of the Strip. I enjoyed the shishito peppers, edamame, spicy miso soup, California roll, and shrimp sashimi -- all gluten free and delicious! Also offers delicious cocktails. Ask for the separate gluten-free menu from the hostess or your server.

Good gluten free. Wagyu Skewers and sushi were good. They made fruit bowls for gluten free dessert since there were no conventional desserts that were gf.

One of the best experiences I've had eating out since diagnosis!! Full gluten free menu and when I told our server that banana flambe is one of my most favorite desserts before celiac he politely laughed and let the table order it. He said 'I'm so sorry because it's not gluten free' sad face for me but I was so full I was completely ok with just watching my friends eat... Low and behold he brought it out modified gluten free and AMAZING!! I whooped with excitement! Delicious food and incredible staff!! I will forever be a fan

Celiac safe! Pricey, but really tasty. They have an extensive gluten free menu and will notify the chefs of your allergy. I ate here twice with no issues. It’s also super conveniently located on the Strip inside the Caesar’s Palace Forum Shops.

Super good sushi and options. No reaction after several rolls, including the baked crab that they make with real crab for the GF version. Amazing. The even had GF miso soup. Everyone who brought us our food upon setting it down said gluten free _______. Nice touch.

Wow - truly an exceptional experience. We had GF edamame and our waitress informed us California Rolls (my favorite) can be made GF. Soooo good! Highly recommended.

Staff knew there stuff. Only a few rolls, but they made us some off menu. sashimi is all GF. They have GF soy sauce.

Dedicated gluten-free menu. Staff was knowledgeable with what was and wasn't gluten-free. It was a nice reassurance that when food was brought out, staff member specified "gluten-free sashimi," for example. Our waitress even offered to provide gluten-free soy sauce which she brought from the kitchen. Service was great and the sushi was great. Recommend going during happy hour 4pm-7pm for cheaper prices.

Great happy hour. They're very willing to make any item gluten free (aside from the obvious with tempura and the such). Appetizers, sushi rolls (even beyond what's on the GF menu if you ask), and even some of the dishes are GF. Great place.

We were very happy to see that they had both a GF menu and GF soy. The rolls and edamame were very yummy. It was pretty pricy, but worth it for a nice date night out.
