I asked if they had GF options and was told that there is only gluten in the tempura and artificial crab, and that they could make any item gluten-free! I was given GF soy sauce. Very happy to have options there! Will definitely go back!

They know which ingredients are gluten free. They have a mayo and soy sauce that are gluten free for poke bowls (I always order these!) Also, they have a combo box of gluten free sushi. Even though they are not 100% technically safe, I’ve never had a bad reaction after eating from there. They take precautions.

Staff were knowledgable and pointed out GF boxes to me without hesitation. There are a few available (e.g. salmon lovers). Avoid the ones with tempura flakes and crab meat.

Based on reviews from other locations we tried this. The woman helping us was very knowledgeable. She even reminded me of the gluten in imitation crab, which I forgot. You need to ask for Gf soy sauce.

Went here a few times when working at the Palais for a conference. They got to know me as "the gluten-free guy". They knew I was celiac and were happy to use fresh gloves and services. Not a lot of GF options, but still good!
