Staff was VERY knowledgeable. They couldn’t guarantee no CC but I wasn’t sick, and they had GF soy sauce. The person who made my food even recommended substitutes that were DELICIOUS at no cost. On a sushi note, they’re not rice-heavy and focus on the filling. Great cheap lunch spot.
