Staff did not understand, they don’t have GF soy sauce. Pass.
Under new management and everything is made with imitation krab and/or fried. They are willing to not tempura items in the sushi but eat at your own risk. I am intolerant and was ok but it was very careful when ordering with limited options.
One of my favorite sushi places in town! Very fast and cheap, their happy hour is half priced sushi and it's all day! Bring your own soy sauce though, and stay away from tempura and eel sauce etc.
Bring your own soy sauce, but they do use gluten free labeled rice vinegar and their wasabi is not made with wheat. Proceed with caution but the staff is so helpful! I had my own soy sauce, skipped soup, salad without dressing, cucumber roll, veggie roll, sashimi. May be safe for celiac, but cross contamination possible. Definitely safe for gluten intolerant. I took gluten defense just in case but I think it's very safe.
