Delicious and very knowledgeable staff.
I called ahead here and asked about gf options and they told me what I could have. When I called back to place an order the person I spoke with was generally clueless. I said I had celiac and asked if they could change gloves and such and he checked with the manager and said they could not do this for me. Perhaps dining in would be a better experience but I decided it wasn’t safe for me to eat there.
Sushi Uni is my go-to sushi place. Ask the staff about what is gluten-free and they will go through the menu with you. They have gluten-free soy sauce available for you. Staff takes extra precaution making your food. When we went to pay the bill it had “gluten allergy” labeled on the receipt. Great place!
