No GF soy sauce available, and none of their sauces were gluten free. We were also given dirty dishes to eat on.
Language barrier makes it hard but keep it simple and play on the side of caution (stick to basics order) I eat here a lot!
If dining in order everything without sauce, but If your ordering take-out they usually put it on the side but still clarify, some rolls have sauce on/in them just play it safe
I mostly order the Nigiri. My only cautions is Do Not Order the Crab it’s Imitation but all the other nigiri is safe including the scallops just come with mayo. But I gotta say the fatty tuna is just OMG so good it melts in my mouth (definitely my favorite splurge)
Beyond that the salmon bowl is in my top favorites (a bed of rice with raw salmon placed across the top) and the sushi Combo A (just order without crab in the Cali roll) (it also comes with Miso soup but I’m not sure if it’s gf cuz I haven’t asked yet...)
Rolls can be altered to make them gf, basically no crab cuz it’s imitation but they can swap it out for spicy tuna and that works well for most rolls. (Spicy tuna= chili oil + sesame oil + Sriracha) and obviously no tempura or sauces!
Common sense just be careful of the sauces (NOT safe... soy sauce, teriyaki, eel, ponzu, you know the drill)
Order in for take out and they will call you when order is ready (super convenient)
