They were so attentive to my gluten free needs. So many things can be altered to be gluten free and they do have gf soy sauce. The food was also incredible!!

Server wasn’t knowledgeable of celiac. I asked her to check with the kitchen if they were knowledgeable of celiac and could accommodate me (clean surfaces, utensils, gloves) and she assured me they could. Still, I was crampy and bloated within an hour of eating. I wouldn’t recommend eating here but that’s my personal opinion.

The spicy tuna roll was very good. I had a cerviche which was tasty but different from what I grew up eating in Texas - still tasty though.
The arroz humedo is excellent, but a large portion. (I go here for lunch, regularly.)
The cappuccino is terrible.

Finding gluten free sushi is so hard! This place had excellent sushi and is very knowledgeable about celiac. Had a whole separate menu. Celiac husband can’t do dairy or raw fish so sushi is still very hard to do for him but recommend this place for their awareness, quality and vibe. Great drinks too!

Separate GF menu with a good amount of options. The rocoto roll is my favorite. Great for take out or casual bite

GF menu available (also online). Great peruvian food, freshly made with awesome taste. Great support from waiter for GF options. Had several dishes (appetizers and main) and had no issues (I'm celiac and quite sensitive). Try it out!

Was ok tasting. Had causa as appetizers and it was not so good.. it felt like there was canned tuna on top. Then had the cod fish which the waiter assured me was gluten free. I got sick. Don’t know if it was gluten or just disagreeable sauce but I was not a happy camper.
Awesome place! The staff was very knowledgeable, and brought me an actual GF menu. She brought the GF soy sauce with my meal without needing to ask. The food was absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. They also had happy hour which my friends loved!
Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination. Our server was really nice. He made sure everything was safe for me.

This location of SuViche is great, no problems, very GF friendly. But BEWARE of the Wnywood location. Boyfriend was poisoned there - he confidently asked for the GF order he always gets at this location, and was half way through his meal when he realized there was sauce on the chicken that usually had no sauce at the other place. The sauce had wheat in it, and he was sick for months. On top of that, after I called the restaurant to complain, they were uninformed about the contents of their recipes (got different information from two people) and they were also very casual about the fact that they had just poisoned my deathly allergic boyfriend. They offered to give us a free meal at our next visit - that was IT.
Unique and tasty food with plenty of gf options.
