We got some desserts (see pictured at bottom) and we got GF waffle breakfasts. (Smoked Salmon & dill waffle and bacon & cheese waffle). EXCELLENT taste and texture!!!!

They asked if we were Celiac so they obviously care and prepped carefully.

They have fresh baked GF bread on Thursdays. I don’t know what it looks like but it is $12.99 per loaf. Pre orders only for pick up after 1 pm. (Apparently the same bread is used for Pannonia). Not sure if it is worth it but their non-gf bread looks amazing. Everything looks artisan.

They have a separate table to prep and make all the GF stuff.

Our bill was $55 for the five things (three desserts and two waffles)

Beautiful baked items and plenty of exciting gluten-free items. GF Panini sandwich was terrific!

Staff was extremely helpful and let me know it is not a dedicated facility... but makes every effort to ensure gluten free. I am celiac and really sensitive. Had tirimisu first time in 25 years and was fine! Will return for soup and bread on fridays

Excellent GF options!! The strawberry cupcake frosting had fresh strawberries blended into it. We also got a beehive, not GF, but awesome. Friendly staff!!

I am celiac and the employees were very helpful. Many gluten free dessert options, even some vegan options. I had a turkey pesto panini and my husband had a Rueben, both GF. I also took a lingonberry pans cotta and all were amazing! I even asked if they cook the panini on a separate grill and they said they did! I’ve been here a few times and finally decided to use my Nima and test my Budapest Roll today and it came back with gluten found, seriously depressing. The food is amazing, now I wish I had tested my turkey pesto panini, I’ve not gotten sick from eating the sandwich though.

Always reliable! Great baked goods. My 11 year old Celiac daughter really appreciates the doughnuts and cupcakes- they don't just help her fit in, other kids are jealous! Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing food and service; we will be going back plenty! The staff were so helpful in identifying what was GF and what could be prepared GF. When I ordered, he asked if I was Celiac, so I felt very comfortable with the whole process. The sandwiches were big (next time we’ll be sharing!) and the baked goods were all amazing. A rather large selection of GF goodies to pick from too! My husband can’t stop raving about the Twix bar (not GF,) if you go with someone who can eat gluten, sounds like that’s the top choice!

Call a day or two before Thursday and pick up a fabulous gluten free loaf of bread baked fresh on Thursday. Amazing gluten free desserts. All Swedes should go and check out the goodies!

Owners are very knowledgeable of products and I love their many options. The menu also serves wonderful treats for our friends without a gluten allergies or preferences. Happy customer

Delicious, clearly marked gf goodies. Also free of artificial "junk"- bonus! Owner and employee were knowledgeable about Celiac and my two Celiac kiddos had no issues after eating their treats!
