I loved how quaint and cozy the restaurant was! The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating about gf needs. Even when I tried ordering the gf Gorgonzola pasta dish, the waitress told me it was mislabeled as gf on the menu, and assured me the menu would be corrected. They gave me a gluten free crème brûlée as a surprise for my birthday and sang!! Would def recommend ☺
Great experience and no issues afterward. I’m very sensitive too, so the kitchen staff knows the protocols. Asked about GF and the server pulled over the owner to talk with me. GF items are marked on the menu, but she went through it all with me and answered my questions.
I do not recommend this place! I asked two different servers about gluten, and they both did not seem to know what I was talking about, then told me hastily that nothing in the menu had gluten. (This is not true.) They couldn't answer questions about how things were cooked or what ingredients they contained. Nothing was marked GF, and there was no acknowledgement of gluten on the menu at all.

This is somewhere we ALWAYS get food to go while in BB. The owner said she's gluten free so she understood having separate water to boil pasta, etc. Non pasta/veggie items seem to change with the season so sometimes it's spaghetti squash and sometimes it is hearts of palm "pasta". They also have GF pasta but my personal preference is veggie pasta in general. You choose your "pasta" then choose your sauce. Many gf options for both sauces & proteins. There are also non pasta options like skirt steak, chicken, salads, etc. While menu items are clearly marked, I always say GF when I order just in case they need to omit something. Unfortunately for you, I'm a creature of habit so I can't comment on much but truly there are TONS of options!
I’ve been wanting to come here for a while and finally did. Small restaurant so make a Resy on Open Table to ensure a seat. Menu clearly marked. The shrimp and “grits” (actually polenta) was to die for. Super accomodating!
Enjoyed the shrimps and grits with no issues. Decent amount of gf options, and they are listed on the menu, yay!
So incredible! They were able to accommodate dairy and gluten free easily and answered questions about the menu. The food was delicious (best eggplant Parmesan I’ve ever had) and it was a nice upscale atmosphere in a little hidden spot underneath the bowling alley.
My Gluten Free pasta was amazing (truffle mushroom). Very aware of Celiac and took special attention to my dish.
Dedicated GF
A separate pot is used for the GF pasta! The food was amazing and the staff understood cross contamination and answered all of our questions. We’ll be back!
The woman taking our order was great! She's gluten intolerant and so she was very knowledgeable about gf. They have gluten free pasta cooked in its own dedicated boiling water pot so it can take a little extra time but it's worth it. The tomato basil meat sauce was bright and delicious. They can alter most menu items to make them gf. We were so impressed here.
Food was good. Service was nice. Did not get sick. Will go back.
Had a separate area to prepare, and they only have one shape of gluten free pasta, so no mix ups.
They also worked with my dairy allergy.
Excellent service. Our server was very attentive and consulted with the chef several times about sauces and such. They had a great understanding about GF needs. There was GF rotini and ravioli (chicken or cheese) in addition to many naturally GF dishes.

Chef personally came out to explain how everything is cooked and how she can modify the food to make it safe for celiacs. Very educated about Celiac disease, cross contamination, etc. Delicious and did not get sick!
Gluten free pasta and several sauces that are gluten free. Excellent food. Cozy atmosphere. Very nice staff.
