They have pizza and pasta options with allergen statements on the menu. Our waitress was very helpful and said since I am celiac she would not recommend the pizzas because of shared cooking space and ovens. I opted for a chicken and pasta dish with the gluten free noodles. It was delicious! Will definitely go back!
They are very aware of allergens, and have a whole slew of them marked on the menu. There are GF pasta and pizza crust options. However they do disclaim that there might be cross-contamination in their shared kitchen.
I opted for a shrimp and veggies main dish, rather than risk their GF substitutes.
If you avoid soy, be aware that they seem to use soy oil rather than olive oil in many dishes.
