This isn’t your normal ice cream. You choose from one of three bases—regular, yogurt, and vegan—and then pick your flavorings to mix in. The problem when I visited was that there was only one gluten-free flavor option. The rest contained cookies or bits of donuts or similar gluten-full ingredients. I had the only gluten-free option, the SoCal. It tasted too much like honey and not much else. On the positive side, the server was impeccable in changing gloves and equipment and making sure the ingredients didn’t contact contaminated items.
