The food was SO good here. I had a tray of ribs with the farm salad and it did not disappoint. Our waitress and the staff were all very knowledgeable about gluten and celiac disease and knew exactly what dishes were safe. Major bonus is that all of their sauces are gluten free & they were so good. As a super sensitive celiac I felt safe eating here and I didn’t get sick!

Fantastic BBQ! I had ribs that fell off the bone and coleslaw. I am allergic to what and keto so finding options isn’t easy at all. The only pain was parking. The food was amazing I can’t wait to go back again sometime soon!

Best restaurant for people with celiac!! The waiter was so so accommodating and even told us which sauces were gluten free. A lot of the sides are gluten free and so are most of the meat options. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been here twice now and food was great both times! They dont have a GF menu- but all their meats (except for the fried chicken) are rubbed and smoked in house and are all GF. They have BBQ sauce on the table which is homemade and also GF. For sides- I’ve tried the potato salad, corn, and ranch BBQ baked beans and all were great! Definitely a place I’ll continue to go to if I’m in the Fenway area !

They don’t have a gluten free menu but the waitress was able to help us navigate what was gluten free. She confirmed that they have an allergy protocol and that they will use separate gloves, utensils, etc. All the sauces are gluten free too. The chopped brisket was amazing.

Had a wonderful experience here. The online menu shows what is and is not GF (pretty much everything is GF except fried chicken, cornbread, mac n cheese and broccoli casserole). Staff seemed very knowledgable and I did not get sick(I am very sensitive to cross contamination). I got the collard greens, pulled chicken and potato salad. The food is delicious and the cocktails are amazing!! Will definitely be going back.

Generally speaking, it’s celiac safe. Always make sure you tell your server and they will tell the kitchen and the kitchen will be accommodating. The only thing that’s super important about order is NEVER order the farm salad. It normally comes with farro (high gluten grain), and they will try to prepare it without it, but I attempted that as a side three years ago and was severely sick and just tried it again this eve (I’ve eaten there recently and have not had it, and have been 100% fine and safe, and I am super sensitive. I just connected the dots tonight that that piece was my issue years ago), and I am super sick now! Just remember: generally super safe, but never risk it on the farm salad.
The food is amazing here! Agree with Donna though, I would give 5 stars if they had a gluten free biscuit or Texas toast.

I work nearby and once I discovered the gf brisket I was back once a week. I usually get take out. I got dinner there once and the waitress asked me “how allergic I am” because of cross contamination. As someone with celiac I get a bad feeling about eating somewhere after being asked that question.

Finally came here for the first time last night and had an amazing experience. Started off the evening with a Dollywood cocktail (titos, sparkling wine, limoncello and other deliciousness!) served in a mason jar. All of the bbq sauces are gluten free and most of the meats (except for the fried chicken). I got the fat cheeks tray with pulled chicken and chopped bbq brisket. For sides: cheesy grits and the farm salad (with no farro!) Staff was super knowledgeable and said the kitchen would change gloves and take precautions to prevent any cross-contamination. I was too full for dessert, but they had a GF butterscotch pudding and key lime pie jar. Will definitely be back!

The winter chopped salad with smoked chicken was delicious! A pricey lunch though. A GF biscuit would have warranted 5 stars.
Very good brisket and I love that sauces are gluten free. It was a bit oily but did not trigger a bad reaction.
knowledgeable staff, delicious food! almost everything there is gf, including their sauces. Best collard greens i've ever had!

What a great...no...awesome! They have the best options for gluten sensitive folks like myself. I recommend the pulled pork (no bun) and potato salad! My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Going back this weekend!
so tasty! great service! many options to chose from
Everything but the fried chicken and biscuits were said to be gluten free. The food was delicious and I definitely did not get sick. I had the Hoppin' john salad, shared a Fat Cheeks Tray with bbq brisket, pork belly, and ribs. Chose greens and potato salad as sides. Yum.
Great about allergens - including milk allergies. My husband with celiac has never gotten sick.

The meats are all gluten free except for the fried chicken. They also have some (gluten free) hard ciders. The ribs are excellent.
