On safety—Our dedicated utensils, cake pans and dedicated Gluten Free Baker insures there is no cross contamination. The work area is sanitized prior to baking and/or decorating gluten free products. Products are marked gluten free.

They are not a gluten-free bakery. They only do special gf orders. I gave them 3 stars bc I don't know what their items or safety measures are like

We offer GLUTEN Free cakes and cupcakes. We may not be a 100% gluten free bakery however there are several businesses that offer Gluten Free products and are not 100% Gluten Free. We are licensed and inspected by the Department of Agriculture. Having friends and family members with Celiac Disease, Refractory celiac disease (RCD) and severe NUT allergies we understand the need to use extra precautions while producing food for clients with all sorts of allergies.
