Wow this place is amazing! So much variety and really delicious treats. Completely gluten and dairy free (and other allergens). Mostly organic as well. Didn’t try any lunch items but we just about tried one of every baked good!

Amazing! The one thing I have missed is a real donut. Their apple cider donuts are amazing! I felt great after. Just sweet enough. We bought a cinnamon roll and enjoyed it the next day. So rich and delicious. Thank you for the gift of this bakery!

The owner is so sweet, the food was delicious. Was amazing to go in a place where I could eat everything! The entire facility is top 9 allergen free. A little pricy, but completely worth it and they even sell mixes to take home.

Let me say that in all of my reviews, this is only the second bad review I’ve ever given. I ordered a birthday cake here for my granddaughter because we were going to be visiting Colorado Springs for her 18th birthday. I was quite disappointed in the quality of the cake I purchased from here. I have traveled from coast to coast and had a lot of gluten free cakes made over the years and this was the heaviest and driest cake I’ve ever tasted. I also make gluten free carrot cakes at home with all organic ingredients. This cake was so bad that I wish I had brought my baking goods and baked my granddaughter’s cake myself. I could have saved $190 and had a cake that my family could enjoy.

The food and desserts here were amazing! They are actually free of all main allergens except for coconut. They do not use canola oil which made me very happy (coconut oil is used instead). Great selection! Donuts, cookies, cake, cupcakes... yum! Great salads and foccacia pizzas too!

100% Gluten free and 100% dairy free. Wide variety of options in their bakery and restaurant. They even have cake, bread and cookie mixes you can buy and make at home. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

So many options! Pricey, but worth it. They do use oats/oat flour. I didn’t have a reaction but you may want to ask if you are sensitive to oats. I haven’t had a cinnamon roll in so long. It made me so happy.

I have a severe gluten sensitivity as well as other food sensitivities/allergies. This place is my go-to when I want something delicious and with variety. Staff are extremely knowledgable and the facility is free of top allergens!

I am so thankful this place exists. It is the only place I have had a donut since being gluten free that is real and delicious. Its looks are deceiving. It looks like a dry cake donut when it is actually a delicious, airy, light, with a bit of a crunch delicious yeast donut!! I’m surprised every time and wish I lived in the area to enjoy it more often. It is now a place we visit when we come to Colorado Springs. We also have enjoyed the cinnamon roll warmed up with icing. So good!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough. They are dedicated gluten free and care about allergens!!! Visit this place and keep it making delicious donuts!!

Yummy! It was so nice to go to breakfast and know I could have everything on the menu. We met Elizabeth herself (she was taking orders), and she was so kind and helpful. It’s a must if you’re a celiac and in the CO Springs area.

Always so thrilled to find a GF bakery while traveling—thank you, FMGF! Sweet Elizabeth’s was delicious. The frosted ginger cookies and sugar cookies are absolutely perfect. Enjoyed the chocolate-frosted donuts, blueberry scones, and cinnamon rolls, too.

Just fantastic! Lots of hot foods available, I had the biscuits with mushroom gravy and they were so delicious! All gluten free, of course. There’s also a nice selection of pre-made GF flour mixes, and of course lots of great baked goods.

Friendly, welcoming staff and tons of options! I enjoyed a slice of the chocolate cake with strawberry frosting on their outdoor seating and took a cinnamon roll to go. The texture and flavor of the chocolate cake were great, but the frosting was a little too sweet for me. I really enjoyed and would highly recommend the cinnamon roll! (I think they said it was one of their best sellers?) I would definitely visit again next time I’m in the area!

Wonderfully kind staff and great food. We had the special of the day which was a vegan/GF pizza pocket. Filled with veggies and marinara on the side it honestly tasted like pizza without cheese or meat or gluten. We also got a chocolate scone which they kindly drizzled with their white icing! And the chocolate raspberry cake tasted like the real thing! It was awesome!

Staff is fantastic and very friendly. They went above and beyond to make our order perfect for us. It was so helpful to have so many options that are both gf AND vegan (and as a bonus, offered sight-seeing advice!)

Everything gluten free and dairy free. Choices we got off the dine-in cafe menu lacked some flavor but texture was good. I would recommend the pastry case because the vanilla cake with pumpkin filling and cinnamon frosting was delicious and the cinnamon roll was good too.

My hubby and I had lunch here and it was so good. I had the kale salad and the roll that came with it was really yummy. He had the soup and sandwich which was also super yummy…I had to steal a little bit! We got the cinnamon roll and doughnut to go. Such a relief to find somewhere that is completely allergen free. Will definitely come back next time we are in the springs.

I think they aimed to accommodate as many allergies as possible they forgot about accommodating taste. We bought 4 different bakery items and they were all awful - not one of the 5 people in my family liked any of the items; and we have a couple people who are not picky and will eat anything!

Such an amazing bakery/cafe! We absolutely love this place and make sure to stop whenever we are in town. Their waffles made to order are the best! I still dream of that waffle. Their cinnamon rolls are to die for, so much gooey cinnamon goodness in the middle of them. They fry their donuts and they are so yummy! Seriously, you can't go wrong with anything here. Everything is 100% gluten free and vegan which is phenomenal! Definitely stop here.
