The tastiest muffins I have ever had. Even if I could eat gluten this would be my go to bakery for muffins.

Delicious baked goods with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Proprietor has been celiac for 15+ years and has clearly worked hard to overcome a lot of the shortcomings you normally find in GF baked goods. I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were and the owner explained that she isn't really compensated for her labor, but she wanted to provide the celiac community with affordable GF options.

I had the green chile cheese bread and it was soft and delicious all on its own. The texture and taste were even better after lightly toasting it.

I also had a brownie and it was by far the best GF brownie I've had in my three years of Celiac disease. It was fidget and rich and not at all grainy or bland as I've experienced with other GF brownies.

I can't wait to go back and try the sandwiches!

I tried it today. Was not very impressed with the food options. I just had a sandwich. It was like one you throw together at home. However the bread was delicious. So I will be back for that. They have a plain, herb and green chile/cheese choice. Jan the owner was very nice and gluten free herself. They do know what they are doing in the baking dept.. The brownies and the raspberry shortcake are also very good.

What a sweet cozy cafe right in the Promenade center (Spain and Eubank). I stopped by for quiche - and the crust was just perfect. This bakery is exclusively gluten-free so is safe for celiacs, as no gluten ingredients are ever used. However it is not vegan, for that you'll have to go to the new Annapurna a few doors down. Had a great chat with Jan, the owner - she knows what she's doing. You can eat there or get your food it to go. I'll be back soon to try one of the scrumptious looking brownies. Very happy it's walking distance from home!
