Absolutely amazing. As a celiac with an egg allergy buffets are seriously scary. The salad ingredients are seperated in a way that cross contamination is very unlikely. All of the labels are clearly presented as gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian. I asked the kitchen manager if there was eggs in the ice cream mix and instead of giving me an answer or an I don't know, he brought the bag of ice cream mix to me to check for myself. I truly appriciate that. I will return again.
