We have purchased gluten free cupcakes Harte numerous times. Had a custom gluten free cake made last Christmas. Yummmmmy! They have gluten free options (different flavor a each day). I don't think they automatically use separate gloves and boxes to separate gluten from gluten free if you buy both. But they are more than happy to do so if you ask. My daughter is celiac and never had a problem.
