Sweetwater has a great GF menu with plenty of choices. When I mentioned I have Celiac, a manager came to speak with me and offered to walk me through the menu and preparation process/methods if I had any questions. He also said it’s their policy for a manager to speak to those with Celiac or food allergies and for them to confirm with the kitchen staff to ensure the food is prepared accordingly. The waiter and manager were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make it a great dining experience. I’m excited to add Sweetwater to the safe eating list!
