My husband and I visited this business in July 2020 and were very impressed. We both ordered the Hickory Market Fish, which was a Mahi Mahi on a crispy tostada. The manager come to our table and said the tostada is on a corn tortilla but the box says it was made in a facility that also processes products with wheat. We were very happy that they pay such careful attention and then come to our table to ask how sensitive we are and if we are comfortable with that. They offered to make it without the tostada.
