Review of Swig & Swine

The server was knowledgeable about which menu items were GF. She told me before I asked that they did not have a dedicated fryer. Our receipt had the words Gluten Allergy in big red letters in the top and bottom. She said the white bread (traditional BBQ side) was not GF, of course, to double check before she omitted it from our order. Husband’s favorite was brisket, kid 1 loved the brisket, kid 2 loved the pulled pork. I got the sausage, which was very good though a little dry. Beans were great. Cole slaw and potato salad were okay. Very friendly service.
