T & J's is a lovely family run specialty seafood store. The owner has close friends who are celiac and dairy intolerant, so she understands the care and attention needed to ensure that her seafood is safe. She kindly pointed out plenty of items that were celiac friendly - fish, shrimp, and scallops to name a few. She also smokes her seafood on dedicated planks. It is mainly items that were processed and packaged elsewhere to stay away from; she ensured they would be properly labelled if containing any priority allergens.
