There is a poster listing all the possible allergens in each crepe from their menu. Though all the crepes are made out of rice flour, but not all the toppings are gluten-friendly, such as nuts. You can still explicitly order to be gluten-free just so the servers know and make sure your order is gluten-free.
According to their website, they prevent cross-contamination by freshly making each order and keeping ingredients separate from each other.
I have been there twice, and have not had any problems with wheat.
They have a large selection of breakfast, dessert, and savory crêpes. All of them are gluten-free!
They’re ordering station kiosk is a little bit confusing, but it does list all of the ingredients in everything, so if you have problems in addition to gluten you can easily talk to somebody behind the counter about it.
