Probably my favorite meal in Vegas. Excellent choices and crazy variety. Emeril's daughters are gluten free and so I believe he takes celiac/gluten intolerance very seriously.The maple bacon appetizer was amazing. Everything was. the waiter even made sure about my cocktail.
