They’re not truly GF obviously and not safe for celiacs. Also THE MEAT IS NOT GF. on their online menu it lists it as so but it isn’t. Their corporate sent me the ingredient listing so be aware.

Taco Bell does not have a gluten free menu, but they do have an allergen guide on their website. Please speak to the person taking your order regarding potential cross-contact risks.
So far, I’ve had the regular crunchy tacos, the taco supremes, the pintos n cheese with tortilla chips and I haven’t had any reactions but then I play it safe and ask the staff to switch out their gloves.

They have very few gluten free options like hard tacos and rice and beens. But the food is all crossed contaminated and they don’t know how to keep everything separate. When made aware of the food allergy they changed their gloves and sanitize the food station but the ingredients are all contaminated because I still got sick. I know if I didn’t walk in and went through drive through they wouldn’t have changed their gloves or wipe down the station.

The Doritos locos tacos are delicious, and they are good about changing gloves. Workers do not know what wheat is, or what flour is made of. They said none of the menu items contained wheat. Which is far from accurate. Cross contamination is a high possibility. Hands and face swelled within an hour of eating and gut issues later in the day.
