Taco 'Bout It Mexican Fusion

Our waiter was very knowledgeable about GF. I asked about an item on the menu he said it was gluten free and then told me that it would not be because they started a new item that is fried and that would then make the chips they serve no longer gluten free. Very happy that he knew about the process because I could have gotten very sick. Otherwise most items on the menu were or could be made gluten free. My husband and I enjoyed our food.

Decided to stop in and eat here after reading the positive reviews. Our waitress seemed generally knowledgeable about the menu but not totally knowledgeable about gluten, so I had to ask a lot of questions. I was disappointed to learn that the chips are cooked in the same fryer as gluten containing items and that their rice uses a gluten containing chicken bouillon. I ended up just ordering the chicken tacos. They tasted great though and our waitress assured me she and the kitchen staff took extra precautions to ensure they were safe. I didn’t get sick and would probably eat here again.😊

Everything was so yummy!! I had the chicken tacos with homemade corn tortillas and chips and salsa. Great vibe and friendly staff.

(According to the wait staff everything is gluten free except for the burritos and quesadillas. And a few things on the kids menu.)

10 out of 10 I have never gotten sick have been traveling here for the past 3 years for my birthday from GR. Most items are naturally gluten-free, and they do understand gluten-free. Margaritas are awesome!
