Staff at this location stated that there is NO gluten free menu and that they don’t have anything on the menu that would be considered gluten free. I wouldn’t chance it.
Highly recommend the street tacos! You can ask to substitute corn tortillas for most items offering flour tortillas thus making many additional items safe. *Be aware of cross contamination for crunchy tacos/nachos etc. as they use the same fryer for everything.
Staff was nice and willing to research ingredients to ensure meal was gluten free.
On line menu list several options, staff was not knowledgeable, when trying to confronted options, & were less than friendly.
I’m gluten intolerant (not Celiac) and Taco Cabana’s corn tortillas made me sick. Had their egg/bacon on corn tortillas and was ill for 2 days straight also with inflammation. I could barely eat anything for 2 days. My gluten intolerant coworker was also ill for more than 24 hours. Do NOT recommend.

Tried the cauliflower rice bowl with avocado. Not bad!! I subbed out the black beans for pintos. Thumbs up to the Cabana for healthier options

The bean and cheese tacos with corn tortillas subbed out are gluten free. Note: the staff didn’t know about a gluten free menu or labeling so they weren’t well trained so I wouldn’t risk it if I were celiac.
