The staff know nothing about gluten but you can order corn tortillas.
Good selection based on online info...but management was clueless about GF or celiac. Online says they can substitute corn for flour in most items. If you are celiac beware, eat at your own risk.

I’m gluten intolerant (not Celiac) and Taco Cabana’s corn tortillas made me sick. Had their egg/bacon on corn tortillas and was ill for 2 days straight also with inflammation. I could barely eat anything for 2 days. My gluten intolerant coworker was also ill for more than 24 hours. Do NOT recommend.
Cross contamination hurt me
Tried the cauliflower rice bowl with avocado. Not bad!! I subbed out the black beans for pintos. Thumbs up to the Cabana for healthier options
The bean and cheese tacos with corn tortillas subbed out are gluten free. Note: the staff didn’t know about a gluten free menu or labeling so they weren’t well trained so I wouldn’t risk it if I were celiac.
