Awesome tacos. Everything is GF if on a corn tortilla. They really care and work hard to provide safe food. Tell them gluten allergy when you order, make sure they put that into computer. Spoke with manager who assured me they use a separate area for prepping gf. I let her know about last review nima test. She got back to me in an hour saying she sent issue up to corporate and they are going to double check suppliers for corn tortillas. A few weeks later she told me they revisited tortilla supplier and found no issues there, they repeated training with all staff on allergy prep.

Celiac friendly?

The corn tortillas tested positive for gluten with our Nima sensor, despite the claim that they were GF. They must heat them in the same spot as the flour tortillas. We have had this issue in the past with other restaurants. My suggestion is to just eat the filings, no tortilla if you are sensitive to CC. The food was very delicious otherwise !

Everything is gluten-free except for the non-corn tortillas. They are very knowledgeable and even pull someone off the line to make your Celiac-friendly order safe. As a result, it takes a bit longer to get your food, but it's so worth it. I love these tacos!

What a pleasant gluten free surprise! Took our daughter here, everything on the menu except the flour tortillas and desserts is gluten free. I even thought it was better than Torchy’s, actually. Margs were amazing too, strong and not too sweet. What a win!

Food was good and I did not get sick, but the girl at the register did not know what menu items were gluten free and had to consult a manager. I believe I got the cowboy on a corn tortilla.
