Unable to answer any gf option questions, and ‘no need’ to note gluten free on an order for the kitchen. Shouldn’t have but took the risk and ended up being sick. Service was slow.

Excellent food! Chips are in a dedicated chip fryer 😀 Told the server I was Celiac and they told the kitchen to wipe everything down. Did not get sick

This is a locally owned chain with restaurants in Tucson, Sierra Vista, and Casa Grande. The hostess and servers were knowledgeable about celiac disease, the gluten free items on the menu, and how food was handled in the kitchen. Although the menu does not indicate gluten free, there are many items that should be safe. Avoid the red enchilada sauce as it is thickened with wheat flour. The green tomatillo Sauce is gluten free. They have a dedicated fryer. I had the beef taquito appetizer. The generous serving was enough for a light meal. I plan to return. As always check with your server about cross-contamination.
