I've been gluten free due to celiacs for almost a year and it's been that long since I have had Mexican food, until Taco Mamacita. The food was fantastic and the service was even better. I could not eat the cheese dip and chips my friends ordered due to the chips and the waiter insisted on bringing me my own cheese dip with specially cut corn tortillas so I wouldn't just be sitting there watching others eat. They also used a different type of tequila in my margarita so it would be gluten free, and made sure to tell me that anyone that touched my food in the kitchen put on fresh gloves before doing so. They were very knowledgable of being gluten free. I felt very comfortable going there, which anyone who has to be gluten free knows is not always the case, and I will definitely be going back.
