The owner’s wife is celiac and they are incredibly friendly. Lots of gluten free options and my wife, who is also celiac, has never had any cross contamination issues. Just ask them to change gloves when preparing your food and they’re happy to oblige.

The staff doesn’t know what has gluten and what doesn’t, but they are very accompanying about telling you what has seasonings and that stuff. I had the FreshMex salad with black beans, queso, lettuce, salsa, pico, guac, and their sauces. It was pretty good and cheap, plus I had no reaction so that’s always good.

Most of their ingredients are gluten free. Little Big Bowls are labeled gluten free.

Came across on accident they put on separate gloves for my corn tacos. I ate a to stay a and corn taco. they also have a small salsa bar. it's more of a quick bite your order and pay then get your food. very good.
