Symptomatic Celiac

Nice Italian restaurant. GF items marked on menu (steak and fish, plus salads). I had salmon, salad, and soup of the day which was GF spinach soup. Ice cream was the only GF desert. Waitress was knowledgeable about gluten but did check with kitchen about some items. I did not inquire about GF practices in kitchen. Overall, food was great.
