Super celiac-friendly (our waiter had celiac and was very knowledgeable about the menu)—and the food was DELICIOUS! Their GF pancakes were fabulous; both my partner and I raved about our dishes.

Gluten free items are not marked other than the pasta dishes note they can be made with gluten free rice pasta. The server said they can also do gluten free buns. Not a large selection but the pasta was very good and I didn’t have any reaction.

The staff and cooks were awesome and understood gluten free, which was great since 4/6 were GF (2 Celiac / 2 sensitive). We ate breakfast at Tally’s and the pancakes were fantastic and the food in general was great.

Highly recommended.

Two of my kids had a cheeseburger on gluten free bread and one had gluten free pasta with Alfredo sauce and chicken. They loved it! They cannot do fries because the oil is contaminated, but have a salad for a side item. Definitely recommend this place.

Very good — on the recommendations of others reviews I got the bison mushroom Marsala pasta. The meat and sauce were delicious. The pasta was average, but I usually don’t eat gf pasta because I’ve never trusted the cooking process at most restaurants. So it might have been ok and just not to my liking. I didn’t get sick so that was good. Cute restaurant

Very, very celiac friendly. Pancakes and syrup are safe, bread for sandwiches are toasted separately, meal is prepared in a separate pan, all salad dressings are gluten free. I had the Roasted Red Pepper beef sandwich with aioli and all, a side salad with ranch, and no reactions. So good.

Had a server with Celiac which was very helpful! He said omlettes have the lowest cross contact for breakfast. They offer GF waffles, pancakes and toast with breakfast and have GF pasta. Server said most dinner entrees are not GF but the pasta and burgers are options.

I went to Tally’s based on previous reviews. Our server, Kristina, was so helpful and kind. I ordered the carbonara, with rice pasta. I always test with my Nima, unfortunately, it had gluten in it. Kristina was very helpful in finding something else for me to eat, the halibut dinner, which tested GF. The food was delicious!

Such delicious food and amazing service! I am super sensitive to cross contamination so I rarely eat out but I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try! Request Drew to be your waiter he also has celiac and was so knowledgeable about how food was prepared and what would be safe for me to eat. It’s rare for me to feel completely safe eating out but he made me feel so safe and could answer all of my questions. I had the bison Marsala over rice noodles and it was incredible. We also had mushroom du jour as a starter and it was amazing! Highly recommend if you are in Rapid City!

We had a fantastic dinner experience at Tally’s! We decided to try the chef’s choice tasting menu and we were not disappointed! We asked if it could all be prepared gluten free, and they were very accommodating to do so. All four courses were delicious. I am Celiac and didn’t have any reaction other than being too full because it was too delicious to leave a bite behind. We will be back next time we are in the area.

The staff is knowledgeable about GF and cross contamination. Pointed out the fries would not be safe, nor would the chicken salad sandwich. I got a popular sandwich with pepper jelly and it came with udi bread. My son got gluten free pancakes and they were delicious.

We were sad to find there was 30 minute wait to get in, but it was Sunday morning so we couldn't complain too much. The food was well worth it. They had everything a g.f. person could want to eat.( After a weekend vacation of only being able to eat steaks and baked potatoes) I ordered a huge breakfast. Delicious gluten free pancakes (as big as the plate), Hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon and even toast! I highly recommend them for your meals. The restaurant itself had a great vibe to it. Very classy at a great price.

BEST GF PANCAKES. They're so light and fluffy. Our server, James, was so sweet and accommodating. He was knowledgeable about what menu items were GF and which were not. He made sure we had everything we needed and even offered the amazing coffee to go! If you're in Rapid City, make sure you stop here for breakfast!

Wonderful waiter and Manager! Had a very tasty Buffalo burger w/ avocado on gluten free bread. They don't use a separate fryer for their fries, so they sauteed me some fresh veggies on the side. Great people working to ensure that ,as a Celiac, I was well taken care of and my meal prepared and cooked safely.

This was a great find for lunch! The hostess and servers were familiar with GF needs. The only sandwich that can't be made GF is the Ruben. They use GF soy sauce and so I had the Vietnamese sandwich. I had the choice of GF bread or lettuce cups. Server said she made a note of my need for strict GF and that the cooks would prepare my meal separately. Great lunch!
