Most Tamales are naturally gluten free. I had a friend call that spoke Spanish and they said that no gluten is used. I was willing to give it a shot. The tamales are amazing! I tried all of them and did not have any reaction. If you want to be extra safe, I would recommend the cheese tamale as they have very limited ingredients. Trat spot! Highly recommend!
