Good Mexican food that I trusted was gluten free. Waiter was very knowledgeable. They took my order on a separate ticket to be prepared separately. Great experience.
So excited to see several menu items that could be made gf, including brownies for dessert. Cheese enchiladas were delivered to the table by the manager wearing gloves and tasted great.
We eat at TaMolly's in Bryant, AR all the time. We had a great meal here in early May 2016. They have a gluten free menu. They take a lot of care with the gluten free items. They put little gluten free marked toothpicks in all the gluten free food and someone different wearing gloves brings it out. Our celiac daughter had no problems that night and it was really, really busy. We waited of course a little while but we didn't mind...the key to us is safe food. Their procedures from one location to another are the same which I like. We will eat here again.
Very helpful staff! Kenny was very knowledgeable and friendly. We have multiple food allergies and all questions were answered with a smile. Highly recommend!!!
My son also has a soy allergy. Halfway through his plate of food, the manager rushed over to tell us that the cheese sauce on his enchiladas had soy in them. So my son got sick after all. They try but not hard enough. Very frustrating experience to get contaminated food after all our precautions.

If you have a bad experience, please let someone know! :-) Our experience was bad but I am hopeful. Hostess was surly. Staff seemed uninformed. Manager said that they sometimes fry GF foods with floury foods. However I contacted the NFCA and CC'ed TaMolly's. I received a personal email from Bob Strate in which he vowed to correct the problem (which may not have been actual failure of kitchen protocol but the manager's ignorance of it) and I know that NFCA is following up with them. I got emails from two folks at the NFCA and a personal phone call from one of them. I have renewed faith in GREAT Kitchens. I'm willing to believe that our experience was just a bump in the road and look forward to giving them another try. The chips are all we ate (based on a server's assurance; FWIW, they tasted good and were light and crunchy. What we learned from the manager led us to believe that they were likely cross-contaminated. One of the things that Bob assured us is that two out of their five fryers are dedicated gluten-free and 20 feet from the others. My 3-star rating reflects hope more than the actual experience and balances our initial, substantial disappointment with impressive response from corporate. Time will tell.
Wonderful chips and salsa! I had lunch special enchiladas! Nice to have choices. Easy to read gf menu. Good food!
Celiac friendly and knowledgeable, but very mediocre food and very poor service. Never refilled our bottomless chips and salsa, left drinks empty a long time. Waitress disappeared for very long periods of time. Queso Blanco was one of the nastiest things I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Enchiladas were okay.
The staff is kitchen trained for no gluten food. They have a great gluten free section and it tasted amazing! Definitely recommend this place. I was able to eat the chips and salsa which is rare whenever I go to a Mexican restaurant! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.
Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten. I have never felt so comfortable eating out before than I did here and was excited this Queso cheese dip was gluten free!! Chicken tacos weren't that great, but the enchiladas were amazing! Endless GF chips and salsa!
Excellent service! There are many items on the menu that can accommodate gluten sensitivity even though they are not specifically listed. We are not the easiest folks to serve because we have multiple food sensitivities. Our server double checked everything to ensure we wouldn't have issues.
Four stars only because I wish they had more GF options on the menu. BUT, the options they do have are really good. A manager brought out our food, and the portion sizes are generous. The chips are GF, and there's even a GF brownie for dessert.
I guess I was expecting something wonderful after reading all the reviews. This place is mediocre Tex mex with friendly staff. The food is not the freshest, not the best, but it was safe for our celiac family. If you like heavy, cheese laden dishes served with a smile, give it a shot. we probably would stop by again, but only after checking out the other options.
Been here a couple of times. Over all the food is good, but the beef is cheap. I also had one instance where the order was incorrect (they forgot an item). That being said, this is so far the only place in Greenville I have been will to eat in. I am very, very gluten sensitive and I have had no problems in the three or four times I have been here, and I have sampled the menu. Personally and fajitas and fish tacos are my favorites. It is a popular spot which is a testament to their quality and service.
After reading other positive reviews, I decided to try TaMolly's on my way thru while traveling. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas and ate chips and salsa. The menu was clearly labeled with GF options, our server was friendly and attentive. The kids menu had plenty to choose from. This was a positive experience for me.
I was travelling in Paris, TX for a couple of days and needed a "safe" place to eat. I have a severe gluten/wheat allergy and have to be paranoid. I ate there twice, as it was the only real option. Other places in the area cater to the fad chasing I don't eat gluten types who eat gluten products. I did not get sick. My food was labelled specially to ensure it was GF. I got Fiesta plate day one and the fajita beef nachos the second. No issues at all. Thanks a bunch Tamolly's! FYI, the nachos paired well with a bottle of Barefoot pink moscato I got at Wal-Mart nearby. I never eat out until I am 100% sure it will be safe, otherwise I can risk disaster. If you have a severe problem, let them know and give it a shot. You get the regular menu with items that can be GF listed with a red GF. If you don't tell, they won't know and you get put in the regular pile. If you do tell, it gets a special label and preparations.
This is a GREAT food joint for Tex/Mex. Prices were good, staff was friendly and food was tasty. Additionally, they have a great gluten free menu and incredibly attentive staff that ensured I was confident in my choices and that my food was prepared with no cross contamination. The manager personally made my food and brought it to me. This was the most confident I have ever been eating in a non-GF establishment. I will definitely be back anytime I am in Shreveport.
